Our founders, Josh Kaplan and Dee Murthy created Ghost out of necessity. As retail industry experts, they have first-hand experience with the challenges brands experience when faced with surplus inventory. In mid-2021, Josh and Dee set out to modernize the antiquated process of exchanging retail goods, and as the concept started to take off, so did the growth of the team. Today, Ghost has over 50 employees around the world and continues to grow.
